About The Host

Joel Koosed, producer and host of The Meeting Game^® Salon, has been bringing people together since 1975, when he started San Francisco's oldest - and largest - roommate agency, The San Francisco Roommate Referral Service, and (in 1980) the Avenue Ballroom - the Bay Area's best known dance studio for the better part of two decades. His events have been profiled in local and national print and television media, including feature stories in the "San Francisco Chronicle," on KGO-TV's "Front Row Video," KRON's "World of People," KTVU's "Segment 2", and Channel 5's "Evening Magazine."
